Prior to joining CastleBay, Kelly provided recruiting services to Apteon, a consulting firm acquired by CastleBay in 2007. Before joining Apteon Kelly worked as Vice President for a national marketing company serving the financial and insurance industries where she led the daily operations of the company including the recruitment, training and management of a national marketing sales force. Kelly’s prior job was as Director of Sales and Marketing with a major Hawaiian company where she drove major revenue growth from the Asian, U.S. and European markets. She started her career in event management for the United Services Organization (USO). Through fundraising events, concerts and other initiatives, her department successfully raised over 5 million dollars annually for programs to support military personnel and their families. Most notably, as a result of Kelly’s success at USO, she received an invitation by the White House to coordinate several Presidential events at a National Convention. Kelly is a talented and committed professional with a skill set that supports CastleBay Consulting’s aggressive growth without compromising the high-quality services CastleBay’s clients have come to expect.
